Owner
Donald Dew
Don is the owner of TLC Roofing & Restoration, having started the company in 2010. His favorite part of what he does is helping customers create the image they want for their home or business. His team is truly like a family, always working to achieve the ultimate goal of the perfect project for each customer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it’s camping, hiking, kayaking, or playing in a baseball league.

Jon Guarendi
Jon is a Project Manager who has been working at TLC since September 2020. For him, the best part about working at TLC is the opportunity to accomplish his goals while interacting and working with people in a positive atmosphere. In his free time, his favorite hobby is fitness, and he considers it a big part of his life. However, his biggest motivation is his son, and he strives to be the best father he can be.

Nick Newberry
Nick is a Project Manager who has been working at TLC since April 2021. He loves working in TLC’s family atmosphere around the office and meeting new people while building relationships with customers. Outside of work, he is a president of a non-profit organization that actively gives back to charitable causes in the area. Nick is also a family man, with six children, two of whom are his own, four stepchildren, and one grandson, with another grandchild on the way.

Michael Lueck
Michael is a Project Manager at TLC who has been part of the team since September 2017. He takes pride in working alongside his team to provide excellent customer service. He is a 14-year veteran of the business, indicating his extensive experience in the field.
